Our services are VAT FREE and include:

Let Only Service: From 50% of the first month's rent.

Includes:

  • Comprehensive marketing of the property across major platforms
  • Conducting viewings and securing the right tenant for you
  • Tenant referencing checks, including Right-to-Rent and credit checks
  • Collection of first month's rent and security deposit

Rent Collection Service: From 5% of monthly rent

Includes:

  • All services from the "Let Only" package
  • Monthly rent collection and transfer to the landlord
  • Monthly statements providing a clear record of all transactions
  • Chasing any late payments, ensuring you have a consistent cash flow

Fully Managed Services: From 8% of monthly rent

Includes:

  • All services from the "Rent Collection" package
  • Regular property inspections to ensure its well-maintained
  • Organising necessary repairs or maintenance with trusted contractors
  • Addressing tenant queries and issues promptly
  • Annual rent reviews
  • Renewals
  • Handling legal notices and ensuring compliance with the latest letting regulations

Tenant Find Service: £200 

Includes:

  • Marketing the property to attract potential tenants
  • Hosting viewings to showcase the property
  • Comprehensive tenant screening and referencing checks
  • Securing a tenant and preparing the initial tenancy documentation

Additional Services:

We offer a full range of additional services for landlords that are individually quoted for as they are dependent on the property size and other factors such as in Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs)

Quotable services include:

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) survey
  • Inventory preparation
  • Tenant Deposit Scheme (DPS) registration
  • Gas Safety Certification and annual checks
  • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
  • Installation of C02 and Fire/Smoke alarms (either hardwired or battery operated)
  • HMO Registration
